Wczorajszy dzień jak zwykle rozpoczęliśmy zaprawą poranną, jednak już chwilę później, a mianowicie po śniadaniu, złapał nas deszcz. Przez to część warsztatów nie mogła odbyć się zgodnie z planem, ale jakoś daliśmy sobie z tym radę. Część zajęć odbyła się w innych niż zwykle lokalizacjach. Ciepły, pyszny obiad pomógł nam się rozgrzać i zebrać energię na popołudniowy turniej firmowy. Pogoda wciąż nie była łaskawa, dlatego w Cyrku, podzieleni na trzy drużyny, braliśmy udział w rozmaitych konkurencjach. Przechodzenie przez ławkę, walka z monetą i pastą czy jedzenie pączka bez oblizywania się to tylko niektóre z zabaw. Dzięki wspólnej zabawie popołudnie minęło bardzo szybko i przyjemnie, jednak wszyscy obozowicze nie mogli doczekać się wieczornego Balu Kostiumowego, którego tematem byli bohaterowie filmowi. Pogoda nie dawała za wygraną, ale my pokazaliśmy, że deszcz nie popsuje nam dobrej zabawy. Zaraz po rozpoczęciu imprezy superchłopcy z zastępu drugiego uraczyli nas swoim układem tanecznym. Wszyscy też pozowaliśmy do zdjęcia na „ściance”. Dzień pełen wrażeń zakończyliśmy bardzo późno w nieco mokrych, ale przytulnych namiotach. Nie możemy doczekać się kolejnych dni.

10th of July
The concert last night was presented by Ario, one of the young counselors. His presentation was a certain new genre of music called “Cloud”, a kind of hip-hop in which the lyrics are have the major role. It was very special as it was on the side of the lake with candles. One of the campers translated the explanations for us, all the songs were in English.
We woke up at 08:00 and went for our morning work out. There are 3 choices. For the brave, swimming in the lake. (Not for us). The second choice, morning exercise on the sports field. A bit of running and some exercises. (Not for us). The third option – a group of about 50 (half the camp including us four) holding a long rope and taking a stroll around the camp. Batia and Avi have a good laugh every morning when they see us passing by. Soon after it began to rain so there was no morning assembly and at 09:00 we went directly to breakfast.
The morning activity was workshops and we continued making bracelets. Hania the counselor in charge of the workshop is also the counselor of tent 10. She is loved by everyone and it is fun to be in her workshop. She is very talented.
Every spare moment we had today was taken by investing time on the main task at hand, completing the script for the “Fifik” evening. Our part is based on Aladdin.
The afternoon activity started at 16:00 with the final reading of passages from the book “All My Moms”. The opening passage was read by Bar M. in Polish. Since yesterday she invested a lot of time and energy learning to read the passage and when she finished her part, the entire camp applauded her for her courage and achievement. After the other 2 readers completed their parts, Batia invited all of the readers (a total of 21) to come and receive a copy of the book.
All the campers went to the large tent (called the Circus) where we were divided into 3 groups. There were organized games in which the groups competed one against the other. For example: Who can eat a doughnut faster without licking ones lips. Eating an apple tied to a string and not touching the apple with ones hands. It was a lot of fun and they included us in all the activities.
It is cold even in the tent and strange that it is raining in the summer. Tent number 11 are on guard duty tonight and will be awake from 03:30 till 05:00.
